Optimization is the action of making the best or most effective use of a situation or resource.  At Total Health Optimization (THO), we specialize in training the body and coaching the mind in order for an individual or a group to achieve goals and perform better.  

 

    There is a pivotal connection between the body and the mind. Having a proper mindset is fundamental to your success in all areas of life. The mind plays a critical part in prompting the body to go further to reach physical goals or breaking physical barriers.  Subsequently, when these bodily objectives are met, the mindset is then strengthened to continue on to further success.

 

Strength and Conditioning Training

   Strength is defined as the ability to produce force against an external resistance. Strength is the foundation of all physical attributes and therefore the most important. From athletic performance to injury prevention and rehab building strength is the key to success.

 

   At THO we specialize in barbell training with compound movement patterns which are the most effective way to develop strength. Our trainers and strength coaches will coach you with excellence in developing the proper technique and most efficient way to move a barbell and build strength. 

    

    Whether you are an advanced lifter or have never picked up a barbell, we can train, assess, and coach you to lift correctly, safely, and efficiently allowing you to increase in strength.

 

 

 

Performance Coaching

    We at THO also specialize in performance coaching, and want to bring you success, and help you achieve your goals in life.  Our certified performance coaches work with clients in achieving specific personal or professional goals by providing evaluation, guidance and training.

    

    Are you struggling to make changes in your personal life?  Do you have goals that you just don’t seem to be able to meet on your own?  Are you dissatisfied with your current professional situation and yet don’t know how to change it?

    

    Total Health Optimization’s certified performance coaches will work with you to help you explore and discover your goals and to examine what is holding you back from attaining those targets in your life.  Through gaining awareness in the situation, clients are able to break free of the barriers that keep them stagnant and to make effective/impacting changes in their lives.
